RoundTable created the Symbiotic Leadership Program because we are proposing a personal revolution when it comes to leadership. We are equipping leaders with the mindset and skills they need to rejuvenate and breathe new life into everyone and everything they come in contact with. This high level of awareness transcends the common fake positive and control-based leadership approach. This program uses our unique StemCell Thinking methodology to revive the participants curiosity, imagination and creativity. Not only to stimulate new innovation, self-development and personal connection, but to establish a new level of self-honesty, open mindedness and understanding when it comes to the symbiotic nature of each ecosystem and environment we are in. 

The Symbiotic Leader becomes a leader in all areas of their life not just in one area like the office, in the home or on the sports field.
