PUTTING THE UNITY BACK INTO COMMUNITY

Offering a brand new way of approaching communication, life and learning. This program is based on self-leadership, in the knowledge that when a group of people is made up of individually empowered people with self-respect they work better together as a whole. It gives encouragement to each resident to take personal responsibility and to be accountable for their own health and for what happens in their life and community. Through our tried and tested process, participants will get to know themselves in a very different and self-honest way and become more self-confident and empathetic as a community.

Creating Powerful Communities That Work Together

Our goal is to empower community residents by gaining a new understanding of how fear and blame impact them and how their beliefs contribute to what they experience in life. We will help create a thrive-based mindset so participants are able to be happy, healthy and ‘successful’ within the community while helping people around them become the same.

We offer something very different. We have moved away from teaching people how to survive by using positive thinking and other ‘control’ based techniques. We want to help communities thrive so they don’t have to use adrenaline filled motivational advice to get them through another day, week or month. As we are witnessing this is not a sustainable strategy and it leads to mental and physical health issues and addictions. Communities need to heal and come together, and that is our mission.

The CommUNITY Leadership Program

We will guide community residents to become aware of how they are unknowingly impacting their health, relationships, communities and homes. Our goal is to open their minds to the idea that, as an individual as well as a group, they are able to achieve much more than they thought. We do this by taking them on a journey beyond the ‘don’t blame’ approach helping them exit their victim-based mindset, they will naturally feel more fearless and honestly empowered. We will help them to look at their community through fresh eyes and empower them to create the changes they would like to see for a more harmonious ecosystem.

We will unpack myths around conscious and subconscious mind and fear. These areas of our psyche have been misunderstood so we will be offering a very different approach, that is evidence-based. This is to demonstrate that our conscious, subconscious and feelings of fear are to be worked with and learnt from and not beaten, overcome, controlled or conquered. To help build even more connection with themselves and others, we introduce the concept of ‘labels’. It goes unnoticed how often we are communicating with the labels in our lives and not the person behind the label. A lot of conflict and stress can be co-created as there is an unknown attachment to how someone should and shouldn’t behave based on the ‘label’ and not the person or situation. This is the perfect spring board to explore what a good ‘leader’ is. Helping them realise they are the leader of their lives.

While expanding on the idea we are more responsible for our experiences than we might realise, we introduce them to the idea that, we all share a common purpose in life - to learn about ourselves. We explore our self-fulfilling beliefs and ‘distorted sense of self’ to understand perception and how we have become addicted to a fake ideal of our looks, behaviour and how we should and shouldn’t have been brought up. We highlight how all our honest thoughts and beliefs are visibly and invisibly broadcast from us for others to pick up on. After learning this new approach, each participant will experience a new sense of honest self-esteem, confidence and empathy. From here, they will notice that when they honestly change, others effortlessly change and that they have the power to change their ecosystems.

To show up from a place of the authentic self, passion and purpose, is to become a true leader. I’ll never forget the two days we all had together it was a turning point in my life
