We were magnetised to each other because we all embody Mark Twain’s sentiment when he said, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness…” We all share an open mindedness and love for travel, adventure, self-awareness development and learning from all cultures, ages and personalities. 

Our eclectic mix of personalities, talents and gifts, combined with our collective personal and professional international business experience are what makes us leaders and facilitators worth listening to.

RoundTable brings together the creative and corporate worlds in exciting and mutually beneficial learning environments. We are passionate about creating symbiotic relationships between the two cultures where transformation, innovation and a new style of leadership becomes effortless.

Why We Do What We Do

Simply put, each one of us has a deep connection with Earth and all its inhabitants. We are entranced by peoples capabilities and the Earths relentless desire to give us everything we need to thrive and flourish

This is why we continue to grow our Legacy Project charity that helps youth showcase their unique gifts and achievements. 

We are very aware that with all the endless warmth, joy and laughter we share on a daily basis, we feel for everyone and everything that is experiencing the hardship, struggle and suffering that is so prevalent in our world today. 

Because both ends of the spectrum exist is why we do what we do. There is no better feeling and job satisfaction than when an individual or a group of people step outside of their pain and suffering and into a reality where stories of profound transformation and prosperity are experienced and shared.

Sustainable Development Goals

We are looking to change the narrative and go beyond the Sustainable Development Goals to build culturally sensitive action points that are adaptable to the unique requirements of each region and culture around the world. This means the initiatives that are created by the globally diverse youth leaders will be more relevant and inclusive to the local needs of the communities.

Making a Difference in a Changing World

We are passionate about making a difference in the world and measure our success through triple bottom line reporting meaning that we focus equally on people, planet and profit. Our global projects empower and unlock potential in PEOPLE at the same time as providing access to knowledge, resources and opportunities. We have created sister company Beyond Bamboo as a global hub for conscious consumerism to restore balance to the PLANET. We use our PROFIT to scale up and fund our philanthropic projects.

The Scope of our Work

Since we started we have funded and worked with 1000’s of youth around the world delivering coaching and mentoring to further develop leadership, personal empowerment and confidence. We deliver this through our workshops, ambassador program and our Global Youth Awards which we have been delivering since 2012 and now reach nominees from 70 different countries. This is our contribution to creating restorative, inclusive change in the world.
