Leading From The Centre:

This new leadership philosophy helps you become a more empathetic, approachable and effective leader. You are more aware of how interconnected everyone is within your organisation and home. There is no separation between the two. The Symbiotic Leader who is Leading from the Centre is very aware of the invisible information they are broadcasting in every environment they are in. They realise they no longer benefit from being fake positive and using self-control as their goto strategy when stressed. A more focused approach is taken to not only take full blame-free responsibility for their experiences but to prioritise their mental and physical health for the benefit of themselves and everyone else.

Leadership Concepts Covered.

Growth/Learning Mindset: A leader who has an honestly open mind has the ability to take in more information in any given moment. They develop a wisdom that naturally makes them more self-aware of their thoughts, actions, honest motivations and behaviours.

Self-Aware: For you to be self-aware and have an honest growth/learning mindset you have to be honestly open minded. We often fake our openness by controlling our true thoughts and beliefs which prevents us from showing up as an authentic leader. An honestly open mind enables you to proactively seek ways to be solution driven.

Solution Driven: Symbiotic leadership means sometimes having the courage and determination to make bold decisions, take risks, and confront challenges and uncertainties in order to achieve important goals. Symbiotic leaders are willing to step outside their comfort zones, stand up for their values, and lead by example, even in the face of adversity. They can do this because they know how to address their fear and anxiety in a unique way.

Empowering Others: Being more fearless enables them to delegate with confidence so they can help create future leaders.

Future Proofing: With a holistic view and limitless mindset where anything is possible - in time, you are naturally open to challenging what has come before. This enables you to innovate and discover more effective, efficient and long-term solutions to help yourself, employees, family, company and the society of Bahrain.

Effective Communication: Because you have started the journey to truly open your minds and recover from your addiction to blame and control, you are able to interact, communicate and build relationships with a diverse group of people as you will have less attachment to stereotypes and proving you are ‘right’.
