Leading from the Centre - The Flight Group Eco-system

The session will bring together the power of curiosity, connection and collaboration with the infinite wisdom of nature to help Flight Group achieve it’s goals and dreams - with a little of Law 12 thrown in.

The program will be delivered as a 1-day session and can also incorporate specific projects and strategic focuses if required.

  • Introduction from Steven and Amy - what do we want to accomplish at the end of three days and beyond?

  • Introducing RoundTable Global and why we are uniquely suited to support you in achieving your goals and dreams

  • Check-in - Building a brand new relationship with Self

    • A unique process of listening to ourselves in a blame and control-free way that leaves each person feeling connected to themselves in a way they haven’t experienced before:

Owning and Teaching the Values

  • Leading from the Centre: Learning from natures wisdom

    • “Nature is an infinite sphere of which the centre is everywhere and the circumference nowhere.”

      • We use Blaise Pascal quote to help explain why we are focusing on bringing awareness to the leader that their influence and impact is at the centre of their organisation wherever they are - creating an structure that represents an organism

    • The rhythm of masculine (self) and feminine (other) leadership

    • How blame is unknowingly at our centre and feeds our perception

    • The Big Five and the impact they have on:

      • Our creativity, energy, what we see and the decisions and solutions we create

      • Our mental health, physical wellbeing and ability to genuinely empathise

  • Resonance Theory to explain Energetic Group Orientation (EGO)

    • How we unknowingly communicate

    • Responsible v’s Responsibilities

  • Look behind the label - Energiser with a profound message about our attachment to the labels we have inside and outside the office, and the impact this has on how we perform and connect with each other

The day will be facilitated using dynamic intuitive facilitation, our team will be reminding your participants about opening your mind to possibility, radical self honesty and awareness and understanding who you really are and what you want for the future.

Embedding the Learning

To further embed the learning we recommend that over the 16 weeks post-program we offer 1:1 and group coaching sessions with a follow up day end of January for the team. Within the program gift we can deliver 4 x 1-hour group coaching sessions. Additional bundles can be purchased and a follow up day would be £10,000.
