Shine is an exciting experiential journey that will empower you as a leader to create a culture where you can nurture both your masculine and feminine leadership energies.
The Shine Programme will take you on a journey of self-discovery like never before. An extremely transformative journey that equips high performing leaders to future-proof not only their organisations, but also their personal lives.
Shine enables you to discover your true potential as a leader. Giving you the ability to effortlessly empower everyone around you to do the same. Shine is designed to ignite a new sense of curiosity that results in a truly open mind. It is what provides the incentive and fuel for adventure, innovation and joy. It is the key to helping us find out who we honestly are, so we can turn up as authentic leaders.
The Journey.
The Shine Program is a 8-week intensive journey, which includes 4-days of virtual facilitation, 2-months of tailored 1:1 and peer coaching, followed by a 1-day virtual follow up to reiterate the learning and set objectives for the future.
Each Shine Program is tailored to your specific individual and group objectives. We will make slight design changes based on the first morning of day-1 to ensure that we fit needs. We also tailor for geographical and cultural nuances.
Every Shine journey has core elements including a secure online platform to document the journey and share personal stories.
You will also be signed up to the Global Shine Community where you can access materials, resources and the latest thought leadership on the subjects covered in the programme.
Before you start.
Contribution & Involvement
Because Shine is a journey and each day builds on the one before it, it is imperative that you are available for the entire duration with your camera on and audio working. Shine is a program that relies on participant contribution and is immersive and experiential. If you can, please try not to work on the days that you have Shine so that you have time to reflect and allow the learning to land. This is a gift of time for you to really spend on yourself so please make the most of it.
Pre-work
You will have received an email from our facilitation team with the joining instructions including the Zoom links for each day along with a link to your private community where you will find materials and resources to support your journey. Make some time to think about your objectives for the program. What do you want to get out of it? What is going on for you right now personally as well as professionally? What would you like to experience in your future?
What can I expect?
Shine is facilitated using dynamic intuitive facilitation, our team will be taking you through a process of opening your mind to possibility, radical self honesty and awareness and understanding who you really are and what you want for the future. By the end of the program you will already start to feel and act differently. The feedback we receive is that this training is like nothing else other participants have experienced.
